147. Furnish and
install for the two (2) main fixtures in the lobby, hoisting apparatus
consisting of (1) ten (10") pipe sleeve to project eighteen (18")
inches above the fan room floor through the slab down to the hanging
ceiling. This ten (10") inch pipe
to have flanges at the hanging ceiling line with bull nose to protect the
cable. Also the flange at the concrete
floor level such that the pipe can be sealed for waterproofing. This flange will be eighteen (18")
inches below the top of the pipe.
148. Furnish the
necessary steel beams to span the present steel framing for the support of the
windlass and the safety lock.
149. Furnish windlass
of three (3) ton capacity fastened securely to steel with an additional safety
lock so the weight of the fixture can be taken off the cable.
